Layers is one of Amsterdam's hottest bakery concepts and quickly became a sensation after opening in De Pijp. The concept revolves around laminated dough and the pursuit of the perfect croissant. Every pastry is made in-house in the open pastry laboratory upstairs, allowing guests to watch the process behind the scenes. During the morning, Layers focuses on viennoiserie and pastries, including buttery croissants, pistachio creations and seasonal tarts. In the afternoon, the bakery transforms into a deli serving sandwiches, burgers and lobster rolls, accompanied by specialty coffee, matcha drinks and signature beverages.
