Pazzi is one of Amsterdam's most beloved pizza institutions and has been serving authentic Italian wood-fired pizzas since 2010. Founded by Italian owners with a passion for traditional Neapolitan techniques, the restaurant quickly developed a loyal following among Amsterdam locals.
