Toscanini is a cozy Italian restaurant known for its authentic pasta dishes and warm atmosphere. Inspired by traditional Tuscan cooking, the menu features handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, and carefully selected wines. Guests can enjoy classic favorites such as carbonara, tagliatelle al ragù, and fresh seafood specials. The intimate setting makes it ideal for both casual dinners and special occasions. Hidden inside the historic Pulitzer Amsterdam, Pulitzer’s Bar captures the glamour of a bygone era. Dim lighting, intimate seating areas and elegant canal-house surroundings create a sophisticated atmosphere that feels both luxurious and wonderfully secluded.

The cocktail menu, The Alchemy of Scents, was developed in collaboration with New York fragrance house D.S. & Durga. Botanical distillates, rare spices, floral aromas, citrus and aged spirits are combined to create layered cocktails inspired by the world of perfume. The drinks are creative without becoming gimmicky, while an extensive selection of classic spirits, champagne and beautifully presented bar bites completes the experience.

With seated service and only a limited number of tables, Pulitzer’s Bar is best suited to intimate dates, quiet conversations and a sophisticated drink before or after dinner. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during weekends.
