Vis aan de Schelde is one of Amsterdam's most celebrated seafood restaurants and has been a destination for fish lovers since 1999. Founded by chef and owner Michiel Deenik and his wife Saskia, the restaurant quickly became a benchmark for fine dining seafood in the Netherlands.
