Yuan's Hot Pot is one of Amsterdam's most exciting dining concepts and introduced authentic Sichuan skewer hot pot culture to the Netherlands. Originally founded in Chengdu in 1996, the brand expanded to Europe and opened its first Dutch location in Amsterdam in 2018. The restaurant specialises in the traditional hot pot experience, where guests cook skewers of meat, seafood, vegetables and tofu themselves in simmering broths at the table.
