Zero Zero has rapidly become one of Amsterdam's most popular lunch destinations. The concept is inspired by traditional Italian delicatessens and specialises in freshly made schiacciata sandwiches filled with carefully selected ingredients imported from Italy. What started in the city centre quickly developed into one of the most talked-about food concepts in Amsterdam. Signature sandwiches feature ingredients such as porchetta, mortadella, stracciatella, burrata and grilled vegetables, all served on crispy Florentine-style schiacciata bread. Specialty coffee and Italian products complete the experience. Due to its enormous popularity, Zero Zero expanded beyond the original location on Nieuwe Spiegelstraat with additional shops in De Pijp and on the Zuidas.
